General

My consultations and treatments are free offers and do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. No diagnoses are made and no promises of healing are given. I adhere to confidentiality and respect the current data protection guidelines.

The fees are not reimbursed by health insurance companies.

Default regulations and liability

The fee is due upon receipt of the invoice. If you have to cancel or postpone an appointment for an important reason, this should be done at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise I hope for your understanding that I will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice amount.

Appointments that have already been paid for can be rebooked free of charge. If I have to cancel for an important reason and we cannot find an alternative date, I will refund the full amount.
